Dans ce d\u00e9cret il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9vu l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du Rondeau mais seulement des \u00e9tudes. Le financement des 80 M\u20ac pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du Rondeau n\u2019est pas encore boucl\u00e9. Un point positif c\u2019est la limitation de vitesse \u00e0 70 km\/h de la section urbaine de l\u2019A480, ce qui est bon pour diminuer la pollution atmosph\u00e9rique et le bruit. Par contre il manque des informations pr\u00e9cises sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement \u00e0 2 fois 3 voies sans toucher au gabarit actuel. Il faudra attendre d\u2019avoir des informations plus pr\u00e9cises pour savoir s\u2019il y aura une augmentation du trafic ou seulement une am\u00e9lioration de la fluidit\u00e9. Une enqu\u00eate publique pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration d\u2019utilit\u00e9 publique verra le jour en 2017, on aura alors le dossier complet de l\u2019op\u00e9ration.
