L\u2019Anah accorde des aides financi\u00e8res pour travaux sous conditions \u00e0 des propri\u00e9taires occupants, bailleurs et copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s en difficult\u00e9. Ses axes d\u2019intervention sont la lutte contre l\u2019habitat indigne et tr\u00e8s d\u00e9grad\u00e9, le traitement des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s en difficult\u00e9, la lutte contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et l\u2019adaptation du logement aux besoins des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> mars 2017 elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son nouveau programme d\u2019aide \u00ab\u00a0<em>Habiter Mieux \u2013 Copropri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb destin\u00e9 \u00e0 financer les travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligible \u00e0 cette aide, la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 doit dater d\u2019avant 2001 et afficher une \u00e9tiquette \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comprise entre D et G. Son budget doit afficher un taux d\u2019impay\u00e9s de charges compris entre 8 et 25%, selon la taille de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9.
