\"\"L\u2019INSEE a d\u00e9fini un d\u00e9coupage des villes par quartiers IRIS. A Grenoble il y a 70 quartiers IRIS dont deux (Polygone n\u00b0101 et Grand Place n\u00b0611) sont des quartiers d\u2019activit\u00e9. En octobre 2017, l\u2019INSEE a rendu public les r\u00e9sultats du recensement 2014 par quartier.<\/p>\n

Il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019examiner l\u2019\u00e9volution de la population dans ces quartiers entre l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2006 et l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2014. Globalement la population de Grenoble est pass\u00e9e de 156 060 habitants en 2006 \u00e0 160 779 en 2014 soit une augmentation de 3,02%. L\u2019\u00e9volution par quartier est tr\u00e8s variable, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il n\u2019y a pas eu de constructions importantes de logements, la population diminue, au contraire la population augmente l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a eu d\u2019importantes op\u00e9rations de construction de logements neufs<\/p>\n

Les quartiers o\u00f9 l\u2019augmentation de population d\u00e9passe les 25% sont\u00a0: Jean Mac\u00e9, Lustucru, Championnet, Drac-Amp\u00e8re, Jouhaux, Paul Cocat et Vigny-Musset (+122%).<\/p>\n

Quatre quartiers voient leur population diminu\u00e9e de plus de 20 %\u00a0: Mistral, Reyni\u00e8s et les deux quartiers Village Olympique Nord et Sud.<\/p>\n
