\"\"L\u2019INSEE classe les r\u00e9sidences principales en fonction du statut de leur occupant\u00a0: propri\u00e9taire occupant ou locataire. A Grenoble, en 2014, il y a 38 % de propri\u00e9taires occupants et 59,5 % de locataires, le reste \u00e9tant des m\u00e9nages log\u00e9s gratuitement (2,5%). Il y a 16 % de locataires en HLM lou\u00e9 vide. Les chiffres de 2009 indiquent une stabilit\u00e9\u00a0: 37 % de propri\u00e9taires, 60% de locataires et 15,5 % de locataires en HLM.<\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration les chiffres sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents puisque les propri\u00e9taires occupants sont 51%. Dans l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration hors Grenoble les propri\u00e9taires occupants sont 60%.<\/p>\n

Ceux dont le taux de propri\u00e9taires est le plus faible (moins de 15%) sont\u00a0: Europole, Mistral, Abbaye, Jouhaux, Les Trembles, Village Olympique Sud.<\/p>\n

Ceux o\u00f9 le taux de locataires en logement HLM est le plus important (plus de 60%) sont\u00a0: Mistral, Jouhaux, Paul Cocat, Teisseire, Les Trembles, Arlequin, Village Olympique Nord et Sud.<\/p>\n
