\"\"L\u2019INSEE collecte, lors des recensements, les modes de chauffage des r\u00e9sidences principales\u00a0; elle diff\u00e9rencie le chauffage central collectif du chauffage central individuel et le chauffage individuel tout \u00e9lectrique. Le chauffage central collectif est soit le chauffage urbain, soit une chaufferie de l\u2019immeuble.<\/p>\n

Il y a une diff\u00e9rence notable entre la ville de Grenoble et le reste de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration. En effet \u00e0 Grenoble presque 40% des r\u00e9sidences principales sont chauff\u00e9es par un chauffage central collectif, alors que seulement 30,5 % le sont dans le reste de la M\u00e9tro et 28,1% sont au tout \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 Grenoble contre seulement 20,8 % dans le reste de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration. Le chauffage central individuel est nettement plus pr\u00e9sent hors de Grenoble (43%) qu\u2019\u00e0 Grenoble (31%).<\/p>\n

Ceci est principalement d\u00fb aux diff\u00e9rences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de maisons individuelles qui sont beaucoup plus nombreuses dans le reste de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration qu\u2019\u00e0 Grenoble, 35% contre 3,5%.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A Grenoble il y a peu d\u2019\u00e9volution entre 2009 et 2014, avec une petite r\u00e9gression du tout \u00e9lectrique qui passe de 28,4% \u00e0 28,1%.<\/p>\n

Le chauffage central collectif devrait voir la part du chauffage urbain progresser \u00e0 l\u2019avenir par la prochaine mise en place du classement du r\u00e9seau qui obligera les collectifs \u00e0 passer au chauffage urbain lors du changement de chaudi\u00e8re, dans les zones couvertes par le classement. Cette op\u00e9ration permettra un gain environnemental et sera un levier important pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019apport des \u00e9nergies renouvelables dans le bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
