\"\"La population de la ville de Grenoble change fr\u00e9quemment de logements. Les chiffres du dernier recensement de 2015, indiquent qu\u2019il y a 10 % des habitants qui habitaient, un an auparavant, dans une autre commune et qui ont d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Grenoble et 8,7 % qui habitaient \u00e0 Grenoble mais qui ont chang\u00e9 de logement<\/p>\n

Il y a 20 % des habitants qui ont emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans leur logement depuis moins de deux ans, 29% entre 2 et 4 ans, ce qui signifie que pratiquement la moiti\u00e9 des habitants n\u2019habitait pas au m\u00eame endroit 4 ans auparavant\u00a0! Et seulement un tiers habitent dans le m\u00eame logement depuis 10 ans ou plus.<\/p>\n

Mais ces proportions sont tr\u00e8s variables d\u2019un quartier \u00e0 l\u2019autre. La pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9tudiants en nombre doit peser sur ces statistiques,<\/p>\n

Il y a des quartiers o\u00f9 il y a plus de 30 % des habitants (presqu\u2019un tiers) qui y vivent depuis moins de 2 ans\u00a0: Jean Mac\u00e9, Europole, Cours Berriat, Grenette, G\u00e9nissieu et Valmy.<\/p>\n

A contrario, les quartiers o\u00f9 plus de 40 % des habitants ont emm\u00e9nag\u00e9s depuis 10 ans ou plus sont\u00a0: H\u00e9bert Mutualit\u00e9, Eaux Claires-Painlev\u00e9, Houille Blanche, Cl\u00e9menceau, Reyni\u00e8s, Bajati\u00e8re Est, Capuche, Alli\u00e9s-Clos d\u2019Or, Beauvert, Jouhaux, Poterne, Malherbe, La Bruy\u00e8re, Helbronner-G\u00e9ants, Constantine, Baladins et Village Olympique Nord et Sud.<\/p>\n
