Il est important de se rapprocher de la d\u00e9finition donn\u00e9e par\nl\u2019INSE du logement vacant, car la majorit\u00e9 de ces logements ne sont pas des\nlogements pouvant \u00eatre mis sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente ou \u00e0 la location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Un logement vacant est un logement inoccup\u00e9 se trouvant dans l&rsquo;un\ndes cas suivants :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la vente, \u00e0 la location ;<\/em><\/li><li><em>d\u00e9j\u00e0 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 un acheteur ou un locataire et en attente d&rsquo;occupation ;<\/em><\/li><li><em>en attente de r\u00e8glement de succession ;<\/em><\/li><li><em>conserv\u00e9 par un employeur pour un usage futur au profit d&rsquo;un de ses employ\u00e9s ;<\/em><\/li><li><em>gard\u00e9 vacant et sans affectation pr\u00e9cise par le propri\u00e9taire (exemple un logement tr\u00e8s v\u00e9tuste&#8230;). \u00bb<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le\ntaux de vacance est la part des logements vacants dans l&rsquo;ensemble des\nlogements. <\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration des \u00e9tudes essayent\nde cerner la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du nombre de logements pouvant \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement\nr\u00e9occup\u00e9s, il est tr\u00e8s faible pour le logement social par rapport aux logements\npriv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voir par exemple <a href=\"https:\/\/obsy.aurg.org\/publication\/evaluation-de-la-politique-de-lhabitat-de-grenoble-alpes-metropole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"ici (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un\nph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui touche particuli\u00e8rement la ville centre depuis longtemps, on se\nretrouve actuellement avec le niveau de 1968 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<table border=\"2\" align=\"center\" width=\"80%\" bgcolor=\"lightyellow\"><tr><td>\n  Grenoble\n  <\/td><td>\n  1968\n  <\/td><td>\n  1975\n  <\/td><td>\n  1982\n  <\/td><td>\n  1990\n  <\/td><td>\n  1999\n  <\/td><td>\n  2006\n  <\/td><td>\n  2016\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Taux logements vacants\n  <\/td><td>\n  10,98%\n  <\/td><td>\n  4,75%\n  <\/td><td>\n  6,30%\n  <\/td><td>\n  8,50%\n  <\/td><td>\n  8,31%\n  <\/td><td>\n  6,67%\n  <\/td><td>\n  11,41%\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les grandes communes de\nl\u2019agglom\u00e9ration, celles o\u00f9 la vacance a le plus augment\u00e9 ces 10 derni\u00e8res\nann\u00e9es sont&nbsp;: Echirolles, Eybens, Pont de Claix, Saint Martin d\u2019H\u00e8res et\nFontaine qui ont doubl\u00e9 entre 2006 et 2016 le taux de vacances, mais qui\npartaient de niveaux assez bas. Claires Painlev\u00e9, Mistral, Reyni\u00e8s, Ferri\u00e9\nStalingrad, Bajati\u00e8re-Est, Beauvert, Malherbe, Constantine, Vigny-Musset,\nVillage Olympique Nord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux\nqui ont le moins
