Le nombre de logements autoris\u00e9s se situe cependant 16&nbsp;% en dessous de son niveau moyen des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant le premier confinement, en donn\u00e9es corrig\u00e9es des variations saisonni\u00e8res et des jours ouvrables (CVS-CJO).<br><br>De septembre 2022 \u00e0 ao\u00fbt 2023, 379&nbsp;900 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction, soit 147&nbsp;000 de moins que lors des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents (-&nbsp;27,9&nbsp;%) et 17,5&nbsp;% de moins qu\u2019au cours des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la crise sanitaire (mars 2019 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En ao\u00fbt 2023, 20\u00a0100 logements auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en chantier (-\u00a017\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0 juillet). Le nombre de logements commenc\u00e9s en ao\u00fbt 2023 serait inf\u00e9rieur de 37\u00a0% \u00e0 sa moyenne des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la crise sanitaire.
