Il \u00e9tait normal que la M\u00e9tro institue la TEOM puisqu\u2019elle recevait de nouvelles charges des communes. Il y avait un service rendu effectif et nouveau, ce sont les communes qui globalement n\u2019ont pas diminu\u00e9 leurs imp\u00f4ts alors qu\u2019elles avaient abandonn\u00e9 les charges de la collecte des ordures m\u00e9nag\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>cr\u00e9ation de la fiscalit\u00e9 mixte (10 M\u20ac annuelle) en 2009 (apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections municipales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le graphique ci-dessous montre l\u2019\u00e9volution tr\u00e8s forte de l\u2019augmentation des imp\u00f4ts sur les familles depuis 2006. Il s\u2019agit de la somme de la TEOM et de la fiscalit\u00e9 mixte diminu\u00e9e du montant de la TEOM pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 en 2005.
