Avec le tram E, l\u2019Esplanade peut servir de parking relais et avec les bus tard le soir (Noctibus et Chrono), les personnes qui viennent passer la soir\u00e9e dans l\u2019hypercentre peuvent laisser leur voiture en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de Grenoble, \u00e0 l\u2019un des arr\u00eats de ces bus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il serait bienvenu que des avertissements soient rapidement distribu\u00e9s aux automobilistes fautifs avant de verbaliser syst\u00e9matiquement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Il est pr\u00e9vu que la mairie \u00e9labore un diagnostic sur l\u2019\u00e9tat du stationnement \u00e0 Grenoble afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le stationnement des r\u00e9sidents (engagement n\u00b0 49 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale) et de dissuader le stationnement des pendulaires. Ce diagnostic doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9 avec tous les acteurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s (cyclistes, riverains, commer\u00e7ants, entreprises, Unions de Quartiers\u2026) afin de trouver les meilleures solutions qui fassent diminuer le trafic automobile, donc la pollution, tout en am\u00e9liorant les d\u00e9placements tous modes dans l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">mairie<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> d\u00e9bute cette<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> r\u00e9flexion <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">qui<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> s&rsquo;inscri<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">t <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">dans les travaux en cours sur la m\u00e9tropol<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">, et notamment <\/span>il faut<span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">statuer sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre des pouvoirs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> de police du maire en mati\u00e8re de voiries et stationnement. <\/span>Sans attendre<span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> une analyse sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la rive gauche de l&rsquo;Is\u00e8re (proximit\u00e9 du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique et du th\u00e9\u00e2tre) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">devrait<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> \u00eatre engag\u00e9e en faveur des cheminements cyclables et pi\u00e9tons<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> en parall\u00e8le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">\u00e0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\"> la ve<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">rbalisation des stat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal !msorm;\">ionnements ill\u00e9gaux.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le soir, sur les quais rive gauche de l\u2019Is\u00e8re pr\u00e8s de l\u2019hypercentre, les pi\u00e9tons et les cycles ne peuvent plus passer car les trottoirs sont envahis par les voitures.
